Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 10, 2026
At InputDive ("we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our macOS application.
1. Data Collection & Usage
We believe in privacy by default. InputDive is designed to process your keystrokes locally on your Mac.
- Keystroke Data: We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your keystroke content. All sound processing and input locking happen locally on your device.
- Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account to use the basic functions of the app.
2. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services for specific functions:
- Payments: If you purchase a license, the transaction is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Gumroad/Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card details.
- Updates: The app may periodically check our servers (hosted on GitHub/Cloudflare) to see if a new version is available.
3. Local Data Storage
InputDive stores your preferences (such as selected sound profiles, volume settings, and whitelist rules) locally on your hard drive using standard macOS configuration files.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
