1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on your macOS devices.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original content, features, and functionality (e.g., custom sound engines, UI designs), is and will remain the exclusive property of InputDive and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InputDive be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
